Kristy Love is a  Mindset Coach and NLP Practitioner Over the last 6 years Kristy Love has been traveling around the world teaching individuals about the power of the mindset. She founded Thoughts Become Things May 2021 after realizing that her community was underserved when it came to training and coaching on helping individuals get out of survival mode. With a background in Film Studies she has used her platform to create impactful content teaching about resources in the community to help with mindfulness and of course her favorite " the power behind affirmations". She stands as a powerhouse in her community for inspiring others to take action on their biggest goals. and desires.

Kristal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her bachelor’s and master’s in social work from Wayne State University in which her focus areas are in cognitive- behavioral therapy and family systems. Kristal offers a strengths-based and holistic approach to person-centered therapy. She specializes in women issues, WOC issues, emotion and mood regulation, work-life imbalance/conflict, anxiety/panic, depression, grief/loss, trauma, identity issues, sexuality issues, stress, and life transitions.
